We get it—sometimes the play doesn’t go as planned. If you’re not completely feelin’ your purchase, we’ve got you.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Need a different shade or swapped pick?
We’re happy to help with exchanges for the same item if it’s still in stock. If not, we’ll issue store credit so you can find your perfect match.

Return shipping is on you, boo. We don’t charge restocking fees, and final sale items can’t be returned.

We want you to love what you ordered. If it’s not quite the vibe, you’ve got 14 days to send it back. We cover shipping if you’re swapping for a new fave or store credit — but for refunds, return shipping’s on you.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at returns@beautyonthebreak.com with your order number + reason for return.
  2. We’ll send next steps + confirm the return address.
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or credit within 5–7 business days.
